How close is the beach?
About a 2-minute walk. The community has direct beach access through a gate at the end of the neighborhood, open every day until 9:00 PM. The Kioskos de Luquillo are a short walk away, and the community pool is two minutes from the house.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 guests. It is a two-story townhome with 2 bedrooms on the second floor: the master with 1 queen bed and the family room with 2 queen beds, plus 1 full bathroom and a half bath. The bedrooms are reached by stairs.
Is there a pool?
Yes. There is a shared community pool, open all year from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM and about a two-minute walk away. It is one of the few places in the area with a pool, and the community also has tennis and basketball courts and playgrounds.
